| 摘 要： | 张锡纯的心脑相通理论,认为神明有元神与识神之分,神明之体在脑、神明之用在心,心脑之间相通,这个通路就是神明运行、神机升降的道路。生理状态下,心脑之间息息相通,神志正常;病理状态下,痰浊内生或痰火上泛,"瘀塞其心与脑相连窍络",则神志失常。他还提出,思考和记忆是神明运行的2种不同方式,是神机升降的两种相对的过程。思考是神机发散的过程,神由脑及心而发挥作用;而记忆是神机收敛的过程,神由心及脑而贮藏积蓄。心脑相通理论是对传统中医神志病理论的重要补充和创新,能够有效地指导一些神志疾病的临床治疗。
