石见穿水煎液对小鼠四氯化碳急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:观察石见穿水煎液对小鼠四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤模型的影响,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:采用小鼠皮下注射四氯化碳制作急性肝脏损伤模型,通过测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST),肝脏质量系数以及体重增重等方面观察石见穿水煎液对小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤模型的保护作用。结果:石见穿水煎液高剂量组能明显抑制四氯化碳肝损伤后血浆中ALT异常增高;降低四氯化碳损伤后的肝脏质量系数,改善肝损伤小鼠体重增重。结论:石见穿水煎液对四氯化碳所致急性化学性肝损伤有明显保护作用。

Protective effection of Salvia chinensis Benth decoction on acute hepatic injury model mice induced by Carbon tetrachloride

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of the Salvia chinensis Benth decoction on hepatic injury model mice induced by Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)and provide medical basis for its clinical use.Methods:The acute hapatic injury model mice were prepared by subcutaneous injection of CCl4.The protective effect of Salvia chinensis Benth decoction on CCl4 induced hepatic injury model was investigated by determine the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in serum,liver mass index and the increase of body weight in mice.Results:High dose group of Salvia chinensis Benth decoction inhibitied the abnormal increase of ALT activity in serum,reduced the liver mass index and improved the increase of body weight after liver damage by CCl4.Conclusion:Salvia chinensis Benth decoction has obvious protective effection on CCl4 induced acute chemical hepatic injury model in mice.
