老年患者电视胸腔镜肺减容术手术配合

笔者报道终末期肺气肿老年患者在电视胸腔镜下行肺减容术的手术配合方法。术前做好特殊仪器、物品及患者的准备,术中洗手护士安置好患者体位,建立静脉通道及配合麻醉和常规消毒铺巾,密切观察患者血压及中心静脉压和输液情况,配备好自控镇痛泵用药。器械护士根据手术步骤密切有序地配合医生手术。认为术前精心细致的准备,术中密切有序的配合,严格的无菌操作是手术成功的关键。

Operational Cooperation of Thoracoscopic Lung Volume Reduction Surgery in Aged Patients

The authors reported operational cooperation of thoracoscopic lung volume reduction surgery in patients of terminal emphysema.Operational nursing methods were: making preparation of special equipments,articles and patients,making patients in good positions during operation,establishing vein passage and anaesthesia operation,observing patients' blood pressure,central vein pressure and transfusion closely and preparing medicine for the self-control pump.According to the procedures of operation,apparatus nurses cooperated with doctors orderly and closely.The authors argued that careful preparation,operative close operation and strict sterile operation were the key to the success of operation.
