补肾益肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病防治作用的研究

目的:研究补肾益肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的防治作用及其机理.方法:采用高浓度长时间SO2熏吸法复制COPD动物模型.采用随机平行对照的实验方法,将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、补肾益肺胶囊组和核酪口服液组,每组各10只.肺组织切片行HE染色,并用病理图像分析系统之测微尺测量气管直径.采用单因素方差检验.结果:补肾益肺胶囊可以改善COPD动物模型的肺部炎症改变和细支气管气道重建;可以增加细支气管内径、缩小外径和改善内外径比值,与模型组相比存在差异.结论:补肾益肺胶囊可以防治COPD,其机理是通过改善了COPD的气道重建来实现的.

A Study on Prevention and Cure Effect of Bushenyifei Capsule on the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To clarificate the effect of Bushenyifei Capsule,a Chinese herbal preparation for reinforcing the kidney and improving the inspiration,on the experimental rat model with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:The rat model with COPD was established by exposure with SO 2 in high concentration and long term(250ppm,5 hours pre day,5 days per week,up to 7 weeks).The randomized-controlled-trails was used in the experiment.Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into four groups:the normal control group,the model group,the Bushenyifei Capsule treated group and the Helao Oral Solution treated tgroup,10 rats each.Histomorphyological changes were observed.The slides of lung tissue were dyeing with Hematoxylin-Eosin.The micrometer of computerized image analysis system was used for measure the diameter of the bronchioles.One-way AVONA was used for checkout.Results:The Bushenyifei Capsule could ameliorate the alteration of pulmonary inflammation and the airway remodeling.It also could increase the inner diameter of the airway,decrease the outer and ameliorate the odds of the inner and outer,which was significant different from the control.Conclusion:Bushenyifei Capsule had shown the certain prevention and cure effect on the COPD.It would be the mechanism that Bushenyifei Capsule could benefit the bronchioles both the inflammatory reaction and the deposition of matrix collagen.
