肿瘤坏死因子和血小板源性生长因子在人膜增生性肾小球肾炎中的表达

目的：探讨肿瘤坏死因子（TNF—α）和血小板源性生长因子-β（PDGF-β）在人膜增生性肾小球肾炎中的表达及其在发病中的作用。方法：采用HE、PAS、PASM、电镜及免疫组织化学SABC染色法对20例人膜增生性肾小球肾炎和10例对照组肾组织进行观察，并经计算机医学图像分析系统进行分析。结果：电镜下，肾炎组肾小球毛细血管明显增厚，且厚薄不均，基底膜内可见电子致密物，脏层细胞足突呈节段性融合。免疫组织化学染色，TNF—α．阳性反应产物在肾小管上皮细胞呈阳性表达，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在肾小球呈弱阳性表达。PDGF—β蛋白在肾近曲小管上皮细胞呈阳性表达，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：膜增生性肾小球肾炎时，TNF—α．蛋白和PDGF—β蛋白在肾小球与肾小管表达均有显著增高，提示该两种因子在肾小球肾炎发病中有一定的作用。

The expression of TNF-α and PDGF-β in the proliferative glomerulonephritis

Objective：To study the protein expression of TNF-α and PDGF-β in the pathogenesis of the human prolif- erative glomerulonephritis. Methods：Histopathological analysis （HE,PAS,PASM）,electromicroscope and immunohisto- chemistry were used to evaluate the change and expression of TNF-α and PDGF-β in the tissues of kidney. Results： The protein expression of TNF-α and PDGF-β in glumeruli and renal tubles were much higher than control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Increased expression of TNF-α and PDGF-β protein may play an important role in the proliferation of glumeruli cells and renal interstitial fibrosis in proliferative glomerulonephritis.
