“行为引导型”教学在《临床护理技能》教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的 探索提高《临床护理技能》课程教学质量、提高学生综合能力的教学方法。方法将3年制护理大专学生共297人分为两组,对实验组实施“行为引导型”教学,对照组实施传统教学。课程结束,采用调查问卷、测验及专项技能考核等方法检查教学效果。结果实验组师生对“行为引导型”教学评价较高,《临床护理技能》考核成绩实验组高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论“行为引导型”教学法有助于提高教学质量,增强学生综合素质。

Abstract:
Objective To explore a teaching method which can improve the teaching quality of the Clinical Nursing Skills course and the integrative capabilities of nursing students. Methods The 297 nursing students in the three - year associate nursing program were assigned to routine teaching condition and behavior guide teaching condition. The teaching outcomes were evaluated by questionnaire investigation ,theory and skills examination. Results The teachers and nursing students in the experimental group showed higher comment on the behavior guide teaching mode. The students' performance in the skills examination was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The behavior guide teaching can improve the teaching quality and the integrative capabilities of the students.
