丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液治疗化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎的临床研究

目的观察丙氨酰符氨酰胺注射液对化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法纳入60例化疗后患有口腔黏膜炎的患者，随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例）。两组均给予常规口腔护理和饮食指导，在此基础上对照组给予0．02％呋哺西林含漱，治疗组加用内氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果与对照组相比，治疗组总有效率显著提高（P〈0．05），治愈时间显著缩短（P〈0．05），生活质量评分显著增加（P〈0．05）。结论丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液治疗化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎效果显著。

Clinical efficacy of alanyl glutamine injection on chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis in cancer patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alanyl glutamine injection in the treatment of chemotherapy- induced oral mucositis in cancer patients. Methods A total of 60 cases of cancer patients suffering from chemotherapy- induced oral mucositis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Both groups were given routine oral care and dietary guidance. In addition, the control group was given 0.02% nitrofurazone, while the treatment group was given alanyl glutamine injection （i.v.gtt.）. Results Compared with the control group, the overall response rates of treatment group was significantly raised （P〈0.05）, and the healing time was significantly shortened （P〈 0.05）, and KPS was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Alanyl glutamine injection has a significant therapeutic effect for chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis in cancer patients.
