摘    要:目的:通过采用先进的信息管理技术,对医用高值耗材生产、流通、使用各环节进行科学、有效的管理。方法:以RFID标签为信息载体,在生产、物流和使用各环节进行信息的追加,完成对高值耗材全生命周期的监管。结果:在追溯时,用RFID阅读器找出相应高值耗材的RFID标签即可获取该耗材生命周期的全部资料,该资料的真实性可与各种系统中的信息进行比对,如厂家生产管理系统、供应商物流系统、HIS等,从而做到高值耗材的可溯源性管理。结论:基于RFID技术的医用高值耗材可溯源性管理能够大大提升高值耗材管理的规范化、透明化和信息化水平。

Abstract:Objective To realize effective management of ihigh-value medical consumables in production, circulation and utilization by using information management technique. Methods RFID tag was used as the information carrier to appending information in all links of production, logistics and utilization, and then the whole-course supervision of high- value medical consumables was implemented. Results When trace was performed, RFID reader was used to extract all the information in the tag, and the acquired information was compared with that in all systems such as manufacturer production management system, supplier logistics system and HIS. Conclusion RFID-based traceability management of high-value medical consumables contributes to standardization and informatization of their supervision.
