摘    要:中国古代的人文教育很重视道德的修养,以人为本的基础和前提就是以德为本。以德为本除了培养人的高尚品格外,还对人的心身健康有很重要的同步促进作用,其中含有深刻的医学原理。明了古代道德与健康之间的密切关系,仍有助于今天人们更好地理解、实施人文教育,提高人类素质和生存质量。

Abstract:In ancient China,humanistic education paid much attention to moral cultivation.Virtue as the essence was regarded as the foundation and premise of human-oriented value.Virtue as the essence not only raised one's noble morality,but also served as an important synchronization promoter for one's mental and physical health,which includes profound medical principle.Generally speaking,a man with higher mental health and noble morality definitely possesses fine physical health.It is helpful for better understanding and applying humanistic education,and improving human's quality and survival quality to clarify the close relationship between morality and health in ancient China.
