| 摘 要： | 作者通过４年来收治腰椎间盘突出症１８９例，认为腰痛、放射性腿痛、直腿抬高试验、趾背伸力减弱等四项理学指标，在诊断本病中有重要意义。牵引治疗本病有效率为７０％，并讨论了治疗的机理和注意点。 |

| Abstract: | 9 cases with lumber intervertibral disc herniation were treated in last fouryears. Four physical signs: lower back pain, radiated leg pain, straight legexamination and force decreasing of great toe extension were important indiagnosis,The effective rate of traction treatment was 70%. The pathogenesisand noteworthy point of traction were discussed. |
