| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高效毛细管电泳法测定冬凌草片中冬凌草甲素的方法.方法:样品用乙醚超声提取,缓冲液为20 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液,pH=7.0,紫外检测波长238 nm.结果和结论:线性范围为50～450 mg/L,回收率为96.97%,RSD为1.03%,该方法简便、快速且消耗试剂少,适于冬凌草片剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore the determination of oridonin in the rabdosia rubescens tablet using high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) method. Methods: The sample was extracted by aether in superwave. The buffer was 20 mmol/L phosphate (pH=7.0)and detective wavelength was 238 nm. Results and Conclusion: The method was linear within the range of 50~450 mg/L. The average recovery was 96.97% and RSD was 1.03%. This method is simple and rapid, and can be used for the quality control of rabdosia rubescens tablets. |
