氟哌啶醇治疗癔症性精神病对照研究

目的探讨氟哌啶醇治疗癔症性精神病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将65例癔症性精神病患者随机分为两组，研究组33例，口服氟哌啶醇治疗治疗，对照组32例，口服氯丙嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗，观察3周。采用大体评定量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果研究组治疗各时段大体评定量表评分较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．01），起效时间显著早于对照组（t=12．70，P〈0．01）；治疗3周末痊愈率显著高于对照组（Х^2=5．44，P〈0．05）；两组不良反应多出现在治疗初期，不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论氟哌啶醇治疗癔症性精神病起效快，疗效显著，安全性高，优于氯丙嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗。

A control study of haloperidol in the treatment of hysterical psychosis

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of haloperidol in the treatment of hysterical psychosis （HP）. Methods Sixty-five HP patients were randomly assigned to research （n=33） taking orally haloperidol and control group did chlorpromazine combined with sodium valproate for 3 weeks. Clinical efficacies were evaluated with Global Assessment Scale（GAS） and adverse reactions with the Treatment E- mergent Symptom Scale （TESS）. Results Each period score of the GAS lowered more significantly （P〈 0.01） and drug took effect more rapidly （t=12.70,P〈0. 01） in research than control group; at the end of the 3ra week, recovery rate was significantly higher in research than in control group （Х^2=5.44,P〈0.05）. most adverse reactions of both groups occurred in the initial stage of treatment, there were no significant group differences in incidences of adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Haloperidol takes effect more rapidly and has a notable efficacy and higher safety compared with chlorpromazine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment psychosis.
