数字化定量诊断乳腺肿瘤细胞形态学及软件制作的研究

摘    要:
目的:应用数字化定量诊断,克服病理医生的主观诊断,提高病理诊断率。方法:回顾性分析乳腺肿瘤100例,乳腺癌50例,乳腺纤维脉瘤50例,常规HE染色,用显微镜目镜测微尺检测,每例100个细胞,共计10000个,设乳腺纤维瘤为正常细胞。以变量加权形成函数,建立数学模式,制成软件,求出贴近度。结果:检测乳腺癌良恶性细胞的数据差异,经统计学处理有意义(P<0.01)。通过计算机统计运算求出贴近度区分点(r)=0.15。结论:数学模式的建立及软件研究具有科学性与实用性,可作为临床病理诊断的参考指标。

Abstract:
Objective: To improve the pathologic diagnostic rate of breast tumor by digital quantiative method.Methods: 100 specimens (50 samples of breast cancer and fibroadenoma, respectively) were studied with stained routinely HE. 100 cells of each sample were examined by ocular micrometer.The degree of similarity of the tumor cells was obtained though software made by mathematical mode. Results: Each parameters of malignant was higher than that of benign.it was statistical significant(P < 0.01) .The degree of similarity = 0.15.The degree of similarity more than 0. 15 of cells could be regarded as malignant.Conclusion:The mathematical mode and software are scientific,practical.The degree of similarity can be applied in clinical pathological diagnosis,as a reference.
