应用超声心动图评价妊娠对孕妇心脏功能及血液动力学的影响

本文应用超声心动图测定正常各期孕妇的心脏功能及血液动力学变化。结果表明:妊娠各期血液动力学及心脏功能变化结果与妊娠胎儿发育成长相一致,其特点是心排血量渐增,到妊娠晚期达到最高峰。其机理可能为:和血容量增加、外周阻力降低、心率快、心室扩大、心肌纤维增长变粗及心肌重量增加以及雌激素和孕激素的调节作用有关。

Effects of Pregnancy on Cardiac Performance and Hemodynamics Evaluated by Echocardiography

It is reported in this paper that Echocardiography was used to detect the cardiac performance and hemodynamics in normal pregnant women. The results showed that the changes of hemodynamics and cardiac performance in different stages of gestation were adaptative to the weeks of gestation and fetus growth: During pregnancy, progressive left ventricular enlargement and low systemic vascular resistance lead to increase cardiac output. It showed that normal healthy women had greatly adaptative compensative response to an altered physiologic state.
