摘    要:目的本研究旨在初步评价脑肿瘤磁共振灌注成像(PWI)的成像方法及其临床应用价值。方法对钙例经病理证实的脑肿瘤患者,其中低级别胶质瘤13例,高级别胶质瘤23例,脑膜瘤8例,淋巴瘤4例,行MR灌注成像及常规MRI检查。由灌注数据获取脑血流容积(CBV)图,计算出相对脑血流容积(rCBV)值。结果高级别胶质瘤和脑膜瘤为高灌注,低级别胶质瘤和淋巴瘤为低灌注,高、低灌注组间rCBV值有显著性差异,而高灌注肿瘤之间和低灌注肿瘤之间rCBV值无显著性差异。结论PWI在脑肿瘤的鉴别诊断方面有一定价值。

Abstract:Objective The goal of our study is to evaluate methods of MR perfusion weighted imaging(PWI)in brain neoplasms and its clinical application.Methods This study involved 48 patients(23 high-grade gliomas,13 low-grade gliomas,8 meningiomas and 4 lymphomas) who were identified as having histopathologically proven gliomas.MR perfusion imaging and MR conventional imaging were performed preoperatively in them.The perfusion dada were deconvoluted to get a color map of CBV.The rCBV ratio of each lesion was calculated.Results The rCBV ratios of high-grade gliomas and meningiomas were statistically different from those of low-grade gliomas and lymphomas,while there was no significant difference between high perfusion tumors and between low perfusion tumors.Conclusion MR perfusion imaging is useful in the differentiation of brain tumors.
