| 介入治疗中腹膜后血肿的诊断及处理 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨介入治疗中腹膜后血肿的诊断和处理。方法 4例腹膜后血肿经补液、输血、密切观察心率、血压变化等处理。结果 抢救成功3例，死亡l例。结论 介入治疗中出现的腹膜后血肿可分为稳定型血肿和扩展型血肿，前者可通过保守治疗，后者可进行手术治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objecive To study the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal hematoma(RPH). Methods Four patients with RPH were treated by infusion and blood transfusion, and variation of their heat rates and blood pressures were observed carefully. Results Three patients were treated successfully,and the other one died. Condusions RPH in the interventional treatment may be classified as stable RPH and expansive RPH.The former could be treated by conservative treatment,and the latter could be treated by operative treatment. |
