Ⅰ期肠切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌急性肠梗阻的体会

目的：探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合术的临床效果及可行性。方法：对36例左半结肠癌急性梗阻选择性行Ⅰ期肠切除吻合术的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：36例均痊愈出院，住院时间最短10d，最长26d，平均15d。发生切口感染3例，未发生腹腔残余感染、结肠吻合口瘘等并发症。结论：合理选择病例，术中细致操作，术后加强管理，左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者行Ⅰ期肠切除吻合术是可行的。

One- stage Resection and Anastomasis for Acute Intestinal Obstruction Coursed by the Left hemicolonic Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the effect and feasibility of the one - stage resetion and anastomasis for acute obstruction of the left hemicolonic Carcinoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 36 cases of acute intestinal obstruction coursed by the left hemicolonic Carcinoma. Results: 36 patients were cured by one - stage operation. The length of stay is from 10 days to 26 days, and the mean of which is 15 days. Of these patients, 3 cases were complicated with infection of incisional wound. There was no residual infection in abdominal cavity and anastomotic leakage. Conclusion: One - stage resection and anastomosis is a feasible operation for obstructive left hemicolonic carcinoma. Appropriate choice of the patient, skillful operative technique and prudential postoperative treatment can enhance the cureative effect
