早期开角青光眼视网膜光阈值长期波动与昼夜眼压波动关系

用Humphrey视野分析仪测量了早期开角青光眼19例(33眼)及正常人13例(26眼)24小时眼压波动的高峰及低峰时间的视网膜中心30度视野内76点视网膜光阈值长期波动及中心视野10度、15度、30度环上视网膜光阈值。结果显示两组阈值波动差异有高度显著性(P=0.001),阈值长期波动的高低与昼夜眼压波动无相关关系(r=0.09)。中心视野在20度上的波动阈值两组具有高度显著性差异(P=0.001)。表明早期青光眼的中心视野改变在Bjerrum区内。

Relationship Between the Long-term Fluctuation of the Light Threshold and the Diurnal Fluctuation of the Intraocular Pressure in Early Open Angle Glaucoma

The long-term fluctuation of retinal light threshold of 19 cases (33 eyes) with early primary open angle glaucoma and 13 normals (20 eyes) as a control group were measured by Humphrey field analyzer with program C-30-2. The examinations were done during the peak and lowest pressure period in the diurnal intraocular fluctuation. There was significant difference between the two groups. The long-term light threshold fluctuation on the arc of 20 circle showed significant difference. It was shown that the Bjerrum area is the place of visual field change during early glaucoma.
