| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人类白细胞抗原G（HLA-G）蛋白在妊娠不同阶段和不同种类滋养细胞的表达差异及生物学意义。方法 应用免疫组化法（SP）检测30例早孕绒毛、30例中孕胎盘、36例晚孕胎盘中HLA-G蛋白的表达情况。结果 在表达的时间上，HLA-G蛋白强表达于早期绒毛和中期妊娠胎盘中，而在晚期胎盘为弱表达，差异显著（P〈0．01）；在表达的部位上，HLA-G蛋白仅表达于绒毛外滋养层细胞。结论 HLA-G蛋白在不同孕期及不同种类滋养层细胞表达的差异．提示其可能参与了滋养细胞的有节制侵袭。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of human leucocyte antigen protein G (HLA-G) in different trophoblast cells and different stages of pregnancy. METHODS: The expression of HLA-G protein in normal placenta and trophoblasts of different trimesters was detected using immunohistochemical method (SP). RESULTS: HLA-G protein expression exhibited spatio-temporal changes, which located in the extravillous trophoblast (EVT) and was higher in the placenta of the first and second trimesters while lower in the third trimester (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: HLA-G protein expression in different stages of pregnancy and different trophoblasts may be related to the controlled invasion of the trophoblast. |
