医德能力是医学道德素质的重要内容,它包括对医德的认知能力、分析能力、判断能力、选择能力、践行能力。可以通过课堂教育、案例解读、社会实践等多条途径培养医学生的医德能力,使他们在面对现实医疗生活中的医德困惑时,认真分析、正确判断,从而做出合理选择并指导具体的医疗实践活动的能力。

Discussion on Cultivation of the Medical Ethics Ability of the Medical College Students

In general,the medical college students would became a real practitioner of the medical ethics when the regulations of the medical ethics which they should comply with are the optional choice for them.How to improve the cognitive ability,the analyzing ability,judging ability,choosing ability and the practice ability and thus enhance the quality of medical ethics of the students has became an important issue.The ability of medical ethics of the medical students can be cultivated through various ways such as the class education,case studies,social practice.When confused on medical life in reality,they can analyze carefully and judge right,to make reasonable choices and guidance specific medical practice activities.
