| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨加味二至方对便秘型肠易激综合征大鼠5-HT的影响,为临床应用加味二至方提供理论依据。方法：24只Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,第一组（A组）18只;第二组（B组）6只为正常组。A组大鼠用冰水灌胃法造模,造模成功后随机分为模型组、对照组、中药治疗组,对照组给予西沙比利灌胃;中药治疗组给予加味二至方煎剂灌胃。模型组及正常组正常饲食、饮水。第29天禁食18—24h,正常饮水。断头处死测指标。取A组和B组大鼠回盲部及结肠的石蜡切片,采用SABC免疫组织化学染色法。每例切片随机选择3个视野,光学显微镜下400倍观察,应用Image—ProPlus专业图像分析系统,选取下列测量参数进行半定量分析：两组大鼠回盲部及结肠5-HT光密度、积分光密度、面积的表达。结果：灌服中药组大鼠的回盲部和结肠组织的大鼠肠道5-HT光密度、积分光密度、面积的表达明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论：加味二至方能降低便秘型肠易激综合征大鼠肠道5-HT分泌,从而改善便秘症状。
