胶囊胃镜与普通胃镜在上消化道出血中的综合应用价值

目的：比较胶囊胃镜与普通胃镜在上消化道出血中的综合应用价值。方法：选取2011年10月～2013年10月于本院进行诊治的120例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（普通内镜组,60例）和观察组（胶囊内镜组,60例）,比较两组不同出血时间者的病灶检出率、不良情况发生率、不适感程度及干预前后的应激状态。结果：观察组不同出血时间者的病灶检出率高于对照组,不良情况发生率及总不适感率低于对照组,而干预初始及干预15min时的应激状态指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：胶囊胃镜在上消化道不明出血中的综合应用价值高于普通胃镜,对患者的不良影响相对更小。

Application of capsule endoscopy and common endoscopy in patients with upper gastrointes- tinal hemorrhage

Objective, To compare the application value of capsule endoscopy and common endosco- py in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods.A total of 120 patients with upper gastro- intestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected as the study object, and they were randomly divided into control group（common endoscopy group）s and observation group （capsule endoscopy group） by hall Lesions detection rates at different hleeding time, adverse circum- stances rates,malaise degree and stress state before and after the intervention of two groups were com- pared. Results. The lesions detection rates of observation group at different bleeding time were all higher than those of control group, the adverse circumstances rates and total malaise rates were all lower than those of control group,the stress indexes at the initial intervention and at 15 min were all lower than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions. Capsule endoscopy is more valuable in treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage than that of common endoscopy, and it has few side effect.
