Purpose Thymidylate synthase (TS) and dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) are important enzymes in the metabolism of 5-fluorouracil and possible predictive markers. We conducted this study to clarify if TS and DPD gene expressions are a prognostic indicator for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (IHCC). |
