摘    要:目的:研究夏枯草Prunella vulgaris L.果穗中的化学成分.方法:用色谱法分离夏枯草的化学成分,用波谱法鉴定其结构.结果:从夏枯草果穗中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,其结构分别为2α,3 α-24-trihydroxyursa-1 2-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(1),rotundie acid 28-O-α-D-glueopyranosyl( 1→6) -β-D-glueopyranoside(2),槲皮苷(3),槲皮素(4),豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(5),β-谷甾醇(6),豆甾醇(7),α-波甾醇(8).结论:化合物1~3为首次从该属植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Prunella vulgaris.Method: The compounds were separated by using various kinds of chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods.Result: Eight compounds were isolated from the spikes of P.vulgaris.Their structures were established as 2α,3α-24-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(1),rotundic acid 28-O-α-D-glueopyranosyl(l→6)-β-D-glueopyranoside(2),quercitrin(3),quercetin(4),stigmast-7-en-3β-ol(5),β-sitosterol(6),stigmasterol(7),α-spinasterone(8).Conclusion: Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
