摘    要:目的:设计并应用手持式和脚踏式负压吸引器,以便于野战急救伤员需要。方法:采用活塞式机械抽动吸排空气的方式产生负压,优化设计手持式和脚踏式负压吸引器的结构,以适应野外操作和急救。结果:手动式负压吸引器和脚踏式负压吸引器均能在吸管端口产生负压,起着负压吸引作用,并且其负压值随着抽吸次数的增加而增大,且脚踏式负压吸引器比手持式负压吸引器产生负压的效果更好一些。结论:所设计的2种负压吸引器体积小、质量小,便于携带和使用,在部队演练中应用效果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective To design and apply the hand-held and pedaled negative-pressure aspirator,in order to satisfy the needs of curing the wounded in the field operations.Methods The air was sucked and expelled by the piston-type drawing,then the negative pressure was generated.Results By optimizing the structure,the handheld and pedaled negative-pressure aspirator now could be used in the field first aid.Conclusion The aspirator is of smaller cubage and lower weight,thus more convenient to carry and use.When applied in the maneuver,it offers a satisfactory effect.
