针刀配合穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

目的探求穴位注射配合针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将134例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别进行针刀配合穴位注射、静脉滴注治疗,对比临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率78.26%,对照组治愈率47.69%;治疗组总有效率98.55%,对照组总有效率80.00%。治疗组治愈率、总有效率均明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论针刀配合穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病是一种较理想的方法。

Clinical Observation of Vertebral Arterial Type of Cervical Spondylosis Treated with Acupotomology and Point Injection

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy on vertebral arterial type of cervical spondylosis treated with acupotomology and point injection.Methods：134 cases of vertebral arterial type of cervical spondylosis were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,treated separately with acupotomology combined point injection,and intravenous infusion.The clinical efficacy was compared.Results：The curative rate was 78.26% in treatment group and was 47.69% in control group.The total effective rate was 98.55% in treatment group and was 80.00% in control group.The curative rate and total effective rate in treatment group were superior remarkably to those in control group,indicating statistical significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：Acupotomology combined point injection is a kind satisfactory method in the treatment of vertebral arterial type of cervical spondylosis.
