直流辉光放电低温等离子灭菌装置的研制

摘    要:
目的研制直流辉光放电低温等离子灭菌装置。方法采用直流辉光放电等离子技术与激发过氧化氢气体,产生低温等离子体实施灭菌。结果通过最新设计和工艺条件,设计制造出了直流辉光放电低温等离子灭菌装置,利用直流辉光放电的方式在低气压的情况下产生低温过氧化氢等离子体。设置自控运行程序,实现"预真空阶段、第一次灭菌阶段、第二次灭菌阶段、排气干燥阶段"灭菌运行程序化。结论所研制的该直流辉光放电低温等离子灭菌装置,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:
Objective To study a sterilizer by DC glow discharge plasma at low temperature.Methods DC glow discharge was used to stimulate hydrogen peroxide and low-temperature plasma was produced to do sterilization.Results The sterilizer using DC glow discharge under low pressure to produce low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma was designed in the latest design and technological conditions.Sterilization could automatically run in an automatic control program with four steps: pre-vacuum,the first sterilization,the second sterilization,the gas exhausting and drying.Conclusion The sterilizer by DC glow discharge plasma at low temperature meets the requirement of design.
