异丙肾上腺素诱导心肌缺血损伤模型的研究进展

摘    要:
异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导心肌缺血损伤模型已被广泛应用于实验研究。ISO通过干扰线粒体能量代谢、诱导氧化应激和心肌细胞凋亡等对心肌造成损伤,表现为心电图、血流动力学、血清及心肌组织生化指标和组织微观形态结构学改变。现就ISO诱导心肌缺血的病理损伤机制、心肌缺血表现以及在实验研究中的应用前景进行综述。

Abstract:
Isoproterenol-induced model of myocardial ischemia injury is widely applied in home and abroad.The mechanism of acute ischemia injury induced by Isoproterenol may be conducted through interfering mitochondrial energy metabolism,inducing oxidative stress and myocardial apoptosis.The changes of ECG,hemodynamics,serum and myocardium chemical marker and microstructure,ultrastructure pathology can be detected.The mechanism,manifestation and application of Isoproterenol-induced myocardial ischemia injury was discussed in this paper.
