高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察和相关实验指标的检测

目的：探讨用高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(采用高压氧配合常规药物治疗)及对照组(常规药物治疗)，通过对不同时期单光子发射体层成像(SPECT)、多普勒超声仪(TCD)及血液流变学检查进行对比分折。结果：治疗组治愈率及显效率明显高于对照组(O＜0．01)；治疗组血液流变学指标提示全血粘度及血浆粘度均明显降低(P＜0．01)，SPECT及TCD均示脑缺血病灶有不同程度改善；而对照组血液流变学、SPECT、TCD改善均不明显。结论：高压氧配合药物治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，值得推广。

Therapeutic Effectiveness of Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction and Monitoring of Laboratory Parameters

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treamtent group ( n =60, receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy plus routine treatment) and control group ( n =60, only receiving routine treatment). The examinations of SPECT, TCD and blood rheology at different periods were performed. Results:In the treatment group, the recovery rate and effective rate were significantly higher than in the control group ( P <0.01). In the treatement group, the parameters (whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity) for blood rheology were obviously decreased ( P <0.01). SPECT and TCD revealed that the cerebral ischemic locus were improved to varying degrees. Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen plus routine treatment can effectively treat acute cerebral infarction.
