不同剂量顺铂联合环磷酰胺、阿霉素治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌149例

采用随机分组的方法对149例晚期非小细胞肺癌以不同剂量顺铂联合环磷酰胺、阿霉素治疗。目的主要是观察其近期疗效和毒副反应。依顺铂的剂量及用法不同分为三组。中小剂量顺铂组为20mg／次×5天；中剂量顺铂组为40mg／次×3天；大剂量顺铂组为100mg／次。结果显示：小、中、大剂量顺铂组的疗效（CR＋PR）分别为36.54％（19／52）、38.18％（21／55）、40．48％（17／42）。三组间无显著差异（P＞0.05）。中剂量顺铂组肾毒性发生率最低。研究分析提示；以中剂量顺铂联合环磷酰胺、阿霉素治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好，肾毒性低，经济方便，是值得推荐的治疗方案。

Treatment of 149 Aduanced Non-small cell Lung Cancer Patients by varied Dosage of Cisplatin combined with cyclophosphamide and Doxorubicin

To observe the short term therapeutic result and the foxic side effects while treatedwith varied dosase of cisplatin combined with cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin, 149 advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into three groups-low dose group: cisplatinat 20mg/d for 5 days; middle dose group: cisplatin at 40mg/d for 3 days: high dose group; cisplatin at100mg for 1 day. The results indicated that the response rates (complete response plus partialresponse) of three groups were 36. 54% (19/52), 38. 18% (21/55) and 40. 48% (17/42), respectively. Tbere.was no significant difference in the therapeutic effects among three groups However, the occurrence ofrenal toxicity is lowest in middle dose group of the three groups. These observations suggested thatthe middle dose cisplatin with cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin is a good choice in treatment ofadvanced non-snlall cell lung cancer because of its satisfied therapeutic effets, low renal toxicity,and economy and convenience.
