摘    要: 目的 评估SPGR-T2*W序列T2*值定量分析发现和鉴别脑出血与钙化的价值。 方法 对经T2*WI的三维梯度回波序列动脉成像(ESWAN)确诊的18例脑出血患者(38个病灶)和7例颅内钙化患者(11个病灶)进行MR SPGR-T2*W (15 ms/30 ms)检查,测量不同病灶的T2*值并进行统计学分析。 结果 出血核心区与钙化的T2*值有统计学差异(P<0.001),但出血外周区与钙化的T2*值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。 结论 结合其他序列的信号强度变化,SPGR-T2*W序列T2*值定量分析可发现和鉴别脑出血与钙化,有利于实现脑血管病的一站式MR诊断。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of SPGR-T2* weighted MR imaging sequence and quantitative analysis of T2* values in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis between cerebral hemorrhage and calcification. Methods SPGR-T2* weighted imaging with TE of 15 ms and 30 ms were performed in 18 patients of cerebral hemorrhage (38 lesions) and 7 patients of calcification (11 lesions). All patients had been diagnosed by enhanced gradient echo T2 star weighted angiography (ESWAN). T2* values of all lesions at different TE values were recorded, and then statistical analysis was made. Results T2*values with different TE were statistically different between core areas of cerebral hemorrhage and calcification lesions (P<0.001). No statistical difference was found in T2*values between peripheral areas of cerebral hemorrhage and calcification lesions (P>0.05). Conclusion Combining with signal changes at other sequences, the quantitative analysis of SPGR-T2* weighted's T2* value with different TE is able to diagnose and differentiate cerebral hemorrhage and calcification, therefore, it is helpful for one-stop MR diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
