| 摘 要： | 目的：观察新癀片治疗带状疱疹早期神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法：采用质反应开放型单向序贯试验，逐对纳入基线资料相当的带状疱疹患者，按照既定随机分配方案接受不同的治疗计划。每对患者均接受抗病毒治疗和氦氖激光治疗，其中一位患者同时予新癀片1．28g，po tid。结果：当观察到第15对符合纳入标准的病例时，实验线触及U线，表明新癀片对带状疱疹神经痛止痛有效，不良反应少。结论：新癀片治疗带状疱疹早期神经痛的疗效肯定，安全性好。 |
