伴心脏症状的抑郁的心理及药物治疗

目的：探讨伴心脏症状抑郁的临床表现形式，观察其心理和药物治疗效果。方法：以伴有心脏症状的抑郁患者67例为研究对象观察患者的临床表现，同时给予心理或药物治疗，比较治疗前、后SCL-90相关因子分的改变。结果：研究对象的临床表现为与情绪有关的心悸、气短、心前区不适或疼痛；心电图改变为有早搏、心肌缺血。SCL-90抑郁、焦虑和躯体因子分显著增加。经心理和药物治疗后68．7％患者的心脏症状消失，31．3％患者心脏症状基本消失，SCL-90的抑郁、焦虑、躯体化因子较治疗前明显较低（P〈0．01）。结论：抑郁可引起心脏症状，抗抑郁治疗可取得良好疗效。

Psychotherapy and drug treatment of patient with depression complicated heart symptom

Objective: To discuss the clinical manifestation of depression complicated heart symptom and observe the effect of psychotherapy and drug treatment. Methods : The research objects were 67 patients with depression complicated heart symptom in Tangdu hospital. The curative effect were evaluated by SCL -90 estimation and observing symptom , after psychotherapy and drug treatment. Results: The clinical manifestation of depression patients was palpitation, short breath, chest distress and unwell or pain on primordial region. The electrocardiogram showed premature beat and myocardial ischemia. SCL -90 suggests obvious depression,anxiety and somatization. After the psychotherapy and drug treatment, the heart symptoms of 68. 7% patients disappeared,of 31- 3% patients essentially disappeared; depression, anxiety and somatization factors in SCL-90 were lower than pretreatment obviously (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Depression can cause heart symptom. The psychotherapy and drug treatment for depression with heart symptom possesses good effect.
