护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果观察

目的旨在探讨实施一系列护理干预措施，对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果。方法80例2型糖尿病患者根据护理干预的实施情况随机分为干预组（系统的护理干预＋心理护理）和对照组（常规护理）各40例，比较两组的血糖控制效果。结果与对照组比较，干预组血糖控制的有效率明显高于对照组，且干预组的健康行为、用药行为、自我检测、并发症防治评分明显高于对照组，其中干预组发生并发症的发生率及致残、致死率均明显低于对照组，而护理满意度明显高于对照组，经统计学分析，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施系统的护理干预措施是2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中重要的辅助措施，能够明显控制患者的血糖水平，提高了护理满意度，降低了并发症的发生率，具有重要的临床意义。

Nursing intervention on glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients the effect of observation

The purpose of implementing a series of nursing interventions on glycemic control in type 2 diabetes results. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes according to the implementation of nursing intervention were randomly divided into intervention group （system nursing care plus psychological care） and control group （usual care） of the 40 patients, blood glucose control results were com- pared. Results Compared with control group, blood glucose control intervention group was significantly higiaer efficiency, and health be- havior intervention group, drug use behaviors, self-testing, prevention of complications score was significantly higher in the intervention group in which the incidence of complications rate and disability, mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group, but signifi- candy higher satisfaction with care, the statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The implemen- tation of the system of nursing interventions in patients with type 2 diabetes is an important process of supporting measures that can signif- icantly control blood glucose levels, improved nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications has important clinical significance.
