| 摘 要： | 目的：脂肪乳是为机体提供能量和必需脂肪酸的静脉营养夜，一旦外渗，发生的静脉炎就更为严重。方法：我科将52例因脂肪乳输液所致静脉炎的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，结果：实验组有效率达92．30％，对照组有效率达61．54％。两组比较差异有显著性意义（p〈0．05）。结论：75％酒精湿敷脂肪乳输液所致静脉炎的疗效显优于50％硫酸镁，安全可靠，方法简单易行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：Fat milk is the intravenous nutrition fluids to provide energy and essential fatty acids for the body. Once extravasation happens, phlebitis will be more serious. Methods：Our department divided 52 cases of phlebitis caused by intravenous fat emulsion randomly into experimental group and control group. Results： The effective rate was 92.30% in the experimental group and it was up to 61.54% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of the hydropathic compress with 75% alcohol for phlebitis caused by intravenous fat emulsion is significantly superior to 50% magnesium sulfate, and also safe, reliable and simple. |
