| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨热休克蛋白70（Hsp70)在喉癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化ABC法检测Hsp70、p53蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在喉癌组织中的表达情况。结果 分化差的喉癌组织中Hsp70表达水平明显增高（P＜0．01）;Hsp70与p53在喉癌组织中的表达呈密切相关性（P＜0．01）;Hsp70与PCNA增殖指数的表达呈明显相关（P＜0．001）,提示Hsp70的高表达可能是喉癌细胞高度增殖的结果;有淋巴结转移的喉癌组织中,Hsp70表达水平显著高于无淋巴结转移的癌组织（P＜0．05）。结论 Hsp70与p53蛋白在喉癌的演变过程中可能具有协同作用;Hsp70在喉癌癌变过程中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the expression and significance of heat shock protein 70(Hsp70),p53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in laryngeal cancer.Methods The immunohistochemical staining SABC method was used.Results A higher level of the expression of Hsp70 was discovered in the more poorly differentiated cancer tissues than in the more well differentiated ones( P <0.01) .A close relation was observed in cancerous tissues between Hsp70 and p53( P <0.01), Hsp70 and PCNA labeling index ( P < 0.001 ).The expression of Hsp70 had significant difference between with and without lymph node metastasis( P <0.05).Conclusion Hsp70 and p53 might have combined effect in the course of laryngeal cancer. Hsp70 plays an important role in the development of laryngeal cancer. |
