| 摘 要： | 目的评价经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法回顾性分析376例TUVP的临床资料。结果TUVP治疗前列腺Ⅱ°增生153例,Ⅲ°增生149例,Ⅳ°增生74例,术后最大尿流率(Qmax)、剩余尿量(PVR)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)均得到了明显改善。结论TUVP适用于前列腺不同程度增生的BPH患者,具有创伤小、出血少、疗效好、术后康复快的特点。
