儿童焦虑障碍症状与家庭环境及父母教养方式的相关性

目的:探讨儿童焦虑障碍症状与家庭环境及父母教养方式的关系。方法:调查435名三所附属小学的小学生(男生228名,女生207名),测试问卷包括儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、父母教养方式评价表(EMBU)和家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)。结果:SCARED筛查阳性(SCARED总分≥23分)的有62人,作为焦虑组,其余为对照组。焦虑组家庭的亲密度和情感表达评分低于对照组(p<0.01),而家庭矛盾性评分高于对照组(p<0.01);在父母教育方式方面,焦虑组双亲的"惩罚严厉"、"过分干涉"、"拒绝否认"、"过度保护"因子得分均明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:在儿童中焦虑情绪存在较普遍,儿童焦虑障碍症状与其父母教养方式及家庭环境关系密切。

The Relationship between Anxiety Disorder Symptoms in Children and Family Environment and Nurturing Styles

Objective： To explore the relationship between anxiety disorder symptoms in children and family environment and nurturing styles.Methods： The participants were 435 children（228 boys and 207 girls） from three elementary schools,and the questionnaire included SCARED,EMBU and FES-CV.Results： 62 children displaying higher SCARED scores（total SCARED scores≥23） were diagnosed as anxiety group.The other children were chosen as control group.The score of ＂Intimacy and Express feeling＂ was lower in the anxiety group（p0.01）,but the scores of ＂Contradict＂in FES-CV and ＂Punishment,over-interference,rejection and denial,over-protection in parents＂ in EMBU were higher（p0.01）.Conclusions： Children who have more anxiety problems are associated with family environment and nurturing styles.
