脂肪乳注射液不良反应临床分析

目的分析脂肪乳注射液致药物不良反应（ADR）发生的特点。方法搜集我院1997-2009年应用脂肪乳发生不良反应病例,对其临床表现及实验室检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果共发现发生脂肪乳ADR36例。临床表现多数为过敏反应（75%）,甚至过敏性休克（11.1%）,另外包括中枢神经系统不良反应（22.2%）以及肾功能损害（3.1%）。结论临床使用脂肪乳注射液时应全面考虑患者综合状况,重视脂肪乳使用的安全性问题。

Clinical analysis of adverse reactions caused by lipid emulsion infusion

Objective To analyzed the characteristics of adverse drug reaction of lipid emulsion infusion.Methods The ADRs of lipid emulsion infusion were collected by gather the cases during 1997 to 2009 and the clinical manifestation and laboratory data were analyzed.Results Thirty-six cases of ADRs were identified.The major clinical ADR was allergic reaction,allergic shock was found.Other reactions included the central nervous system adverse effects.Conclusions The general condition of patients should be considered before lipid emulsion infusion and more attention should be paid to the safety of this treatment.
