脑氧饱和度监测用于颈动脉体瘤手术围术期的麻醉管理

目的应用脑氧饱和度监测手段探讨颈动脉体瘤手术围术期脑氧供需平衡的管理与维护特点。方法通过对20例颈动脉体瘤患者围术期脑氧饱和度（rSO2）、动脉压和颈内动脉反流压等监测,维护患者术中脑氧供需平衡。结果颈动脉体瘤患者阻断患侧颈内动脉期间rSO2与阻断前、后比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,术侧rSO2在阻断中较非术侧显著下降（P〈0.05）;术侧阻断后rSO2在开放后的一段时间内未能恢复到阻断前水平（P〈0.05）,3例患者因术中反流压过低行动脉旁路术。结论术中rSO2监测对患者围术期脑氧供需平衡的管理具有重要指导意义。

The application of cerebral oximetry in the perioperative management of carotid body tumor surgery
