温州市蚊媒传染病流行特征及趋势分析

摘    要:目的分析1950 ̄2005年温州市蚊媒传染病发病特征及流行趋势,为采取防治措施提供科学依据。方法统计分析56年蚊媒传染病疫情资料。结果1950 ̄2005年温州市共报告疟疾127067例,年平均发病率为40.26/10万,乙脑17311例,年平均发病率为5.69/10万,疟疾和乙脑总发病率呈下降趋势,无明显周期性;乙脑发病呈明显季节性分布,高峰期为7 ̄8月份,与蚊媒监测结果一致;疟疾发病有一定的季节性;2004、2005年共报告5例登革热病例,均为输入性病例。结论温州市存在蚊媒传染病流行危险因素,应采取综合性防治措施控制蚊媒传染病传播和流行。

Abstract:Objective The study was conducted to analyze the pathogenic features and epidemiological trend of mosquito-borne diseases from 1950 to 2005 in Wenzhou City so as to provide a scientific basis for the adoption of prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemiological data in these 56 years were statistically analyzed. Results From the year 1950 to 2005, a total of 127 067 cases of malaria were reported in Wenzhou City with the average annual incidence rate of 40.26/lakh; 17 311 cases of JE (Japanese encephalitis) with the average annual incidence rate of 5.69/lakh. The total incidence rate of the two diseases declined and there were no evident pathogenic cycles. The incidence of JE was obviously seasonally distributed with the peak period of July and August, which was consistent with the results of mosquito-borne monitoring (mosquito anatomy test); the incidence of malaria was also seasonally distributed. And 5 cases of dengue fever were reported and both were imported cases. Conclusion There are epidemiological risk factors of mosquito-borne diseases in Wenzhou City, and systemic preventive measures should be taken to control the epidemic and the spread of mosquito-borne diseases.
