摘    要:
目的:评价不同药物治疗方案在缺血性脑梗死治疗中的临床疗效及经济学效果。方法:60例缺血性脑梗死患者随机分为银杏达莫组与舒血宁组,每组30例,在常规疗法的基础上,分别给予银杏达莫注射液、舒血宁注射液静脉滴注,运用成本-效果分析法进行分析和比较。结果:银杏达莫组与舒血宁组的成本分别为10773.53、10935.43元,总有效率分别为83.33%、76.67%(P>0.05),成本-效果比分别为12928.75、14262.98。2组各出现1例消化道出血,经治疗痊愈,未见颅内出血者。结论:银杏达莫组方案较佳。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the curative effects and the economic effects of Yinxingdamo vs.Shuxuening in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with ischemic cerebral infarction were randomly assigned to Yinxingdamo group(30 cases)and Shuxuening group(30 cases),all of whom were given routine therapy concomitantly.Therapeutic effects were observed and pharmacoeconomic analysis was carried out.RESULTS:The costs,total effective rates,and cost-effectiveness ratios of Yinxingdamo vs.Shuxuening were 10 773.53 vs.10 935.43 yuan,83.33% vs.76.67%(P>0.05),and 12 928.75 vs.14 262.98,respectively.Both groups had 1 alimentary tract hemorrhage case in either group but were cured on treatment.No intracranial hemorrhage was noted in either group.CONCLUSION:Yinxingdamo injection was an optimal therapy as compared with Shuxuening.
