麻醉学八年制医学生临床技能培训教学模式的探索

摘    要:
麻醉学八年制医学教育要求培养具有深厚理论基础、较强的临床和科研能力、高综合素质的麻醉医学人才。根据八年制医学生培养的特点,在临床实习阶段运用模拟教学法,病例导入式教学法及担任住院总助理等教学方法,可保证麻醉学八年制医学生临床技能培训能全面有序地开展,保证临床教学的质量和培养目标。

Exploration of education methods of clinical skill of anesthesiology in eight-year program medical students

Abstract:
The eight-year program medical education in anesthesiology is responsible for setting an education strategy and schedule for special medical students’ training leading to assure all students to be a high standard anesthesiologist with a well medical knowledge,proficiency clinical skills and with a strong ability of science research.According to the training characteristic and the purpose in eight-year program students,some medical education methods including analogue or simulation,cases introducing of special disease and arranging students to assume as a assistant of chief resident have been developed in clinical internship stage.In this way,the clinical skill training has been carried out in order and in all the fields of anesthesiology;the education quality and the training purpose must be assured.
