| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定酸枣仁汤配方颗粒中甘草苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-1%冰醋酸水溶液;检测波长为250 nm。结果:甘草苷在0.088μg0.728μg之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.36%,RSD为0.45%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于酸枣仁汤配方颗粒的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin content in Suanzaoren soup dispensing gran- ule. Method： HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C lS column with carbinol-acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase,detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Result：The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.088 μg~0.728 μg （r=-0.999 9）, average recovery rate was 98.36%, RSD was 0.45% （n=5）. Conclusion ： This method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and can be used for quality control of Suanzaoren soup dispensing granule. |
