| 摘 要： | 按照减弱麻痹肌的直接拮抗肌、配偶肌、间接拮抗肌以及加强麻痹肌的手术方法，对５７例先天性上斜肌麻痹患者进行了手术矫正。术后４６例（８０．７％）眼位正位，４４例（７７．２％）代偿头位消失，１３例（２２．８％）减轻，总有效率１００％。２９例（５０．９％）获得完全双眼视功能，１１例（１９．３％）获不完全双眼视功能，总有效率７０．２％，取得了较满意的结果。

| Abstract: | 57 patients with the congenital superior oblique paralysis were treated surgically by weakening the direct an-tagonistic muscle, the synergistic muscle,indirect antagonistic muscle and by strengthening the paretic muscle it-self.After operation,the misalignment in 46 patients(80.7%)was adequately corrected.The compensatory headposition in 44 patients (77.2%)disappeared and that in another 13 patients(22.8%)was relieved.The successrate was 100%. Postoperatively, 29 patients(50.9%)had completely binocular vision and another 11 patients(19.3%) had incornpletely binocular vision. The success rate was 70.2%.The result is satisfactory. |
