| 摘 要： | 局部麻醉药，简称局麻药，临床上广泛用于皮肤黏膜麻醉、周围神经阻滞及脊髓神经麻醉等。但这类药物对多种组织器官，尤其是神经系统和心血管系统，具有时间及剂量依赖性的毒性作用，并且不同局麻药的毒性表现也有所差异。目前对局麻药的神经毒性研究日益增多，该文对局麻药的神经系统毒性及相关防治方法进行综述。

| Abstract: | Local anesthetics （LAs） are widely used for caudal，epidural and spinal anesthesia. These drugs manage acute and chronic pain rapidly，however，they are markedly cytotoxic，especially in central nervous system and cardiovascular system. The toxic effects of LAs are dependent on time/dose and usually varies from each other. Recently，many researches focus on the neurotoxicity of LAs. Therefore，we reviewed the neurotoxicity of LAs and prevention of their neurotoxicity. |
