| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori infection is defined as an infectious disease by global consensus, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.In this paper, we reviewed the relationship between the main virulence factors VacA, CagA and gastric cancer, the effect and its mechanism of Hp eradication on the prevention of gastric cancer. |
