摘    要:妊娠期微生态对母婴健康至关重要。近年有关孕妇微生物群落失调对早产影响的文献报道有所增加。早产是导致婴幼儿患病和死亡的主要原因,是严重影响孕产妇和胎儿健康的重要不良事件之一,也是导致发达国家与发展中国家孕产妇围生期发病率和病死率增高的主要原因。笔者拟就孕妇微生态系统失衡与早产关系的最新研究进展进行阐述,重点讨论孕妇肠道、胎盘和阴道的微生态与早产的关系,旨在为临床预防早产提供参考。

Abstract:Maternal microecology during pregnancy is considered to be critical to maternal and infant health, and reports on influences of maternal microbial community imbalance on preterm birth have increased in recent years. Preterm birth is the main cause of illness and death of infants. It is one of the most important adverse events that seriously affects maternal and fetal health and is the main cause of increased maternal perinatal morbidity and mortality in both developed and developing countries. The author intends to elaborate on the latest research progresses of relationship between maternal microecosystem imbalance during pregnancy and preterm birth, and focus on the relationships among intestinal, placental and vaginal microecology and preterm birth, so as to provide reference for clinical prevention of preterm birth.
