| 摘 要： | 目前妊娠合并内科疾病患者产后出血的发生率有升高趋势，其预防和处理亦越来越受到产科医生的关注。本文就妊娠合并血液系统疾病、妊娠合并肝病、妊娠合并呼吸系统及循环系统疾病、妊娠合并重症感染患者产后出血的预防及处理问题进行讨论，为产科医生处理此类复杂情况提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Nowadays there are more and more pregnancy complicated with internal medicine diseases. The prevention and the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage have caused attention of obstetricians. This paper discusses the prevention and the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy with hematology disease, pregnancy with hepatic disease, pregnancy with respiratory system, circulatory system disease and pregnancy with severe infection, also provides a reference for obstetricians in dealing with complex situations. |
