摘    要:目的探讨屏幕时间和生活方式对大学生体质与健康的影响。方法使用自制问卷对某高校555名大学生的屏幕时间和运动、睡眠等状况进行调查,采用生物电阻抗法测定人体成分,SPSS 19.0对数据进行统计分析。结果 60%大学生屏幕时间超过2 h/d,其中存在各种不适感的占51%,屏幕时间发生地点在宿舍的占87%,发生时段在睡前的占64.5%。不同屏幕时间的女生在体重、总水分和矿物质等体成分方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而男生未见差异(P>0.05)。17.8%的大学生进行中等强度运动;90.1%男生和85.1%女生每天睡眠时间在6~8 h,睡眠质量较好的大学生仅占11%。结论大学生屏幕时间普遍过长,且屏幕时间过长与女生的体成分具有相关性;静态生活方式对体成分和健康具有一定的影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of screen time and static lifestyle on physical health of university students. Methods A total of 555 students in a university in Xuzhou City were investigated by the self-made questionnaire for the screen time, exercises, and sleep status, and their body compositions were determined by the bioelectrical impedance method. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results Totally 60% of the students had a screen time of more than 2 hours/day, 51% of them had various discomforts, 87% of screen time occurred in the dormitory, and 64.5% of screen time before the bedtime. There were significant differences among the different screen time groups in the body weight, total water and minerals in girls (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences among the different screen time groups in the body weight, total water and minerals in boys (P>0.05). Only 17.8% of the students were engaged in moderate-intensity exercises, 90.1% of boys and 85.1% of girls had the sleep time of 6-8 hours per day, but only 11% of the students had better sleep quality. Conclusion The screen time is generally too long in the university students. The long screen time is related to the body composition of the girls. The static lifestyle has a certain impact on body composition and health.
